In 2001, Matt Chasen’s mother wanted to send an antique dresser from Ohio to Texas, but was staggered when she received a $1,000 shipping quote — far more than the dresser was worth. Unable to find a cheaper option, she never sent it.
See how this prompted an entrepreneur to find his blue ocean business.

You fail to mention that they allow illegal carriers on their site. They take money direct from the person posting the shipment so they do not care about it.
Every time there is a post about it on their site, they “flag” it and if you get 3 flags, they kick you off their site. If you would like links to this proof, please let me know.
You did a very bad job posting a very one sided article that promotes the ability to have your items stolen, money taken and letting illegal carriers not pay taxes and run without DOT authority. You did not research your article very well
Ed: I didn’t write the article. But thanks for your comment.
